To lock in and ensure your wedding date on our calendar, simply send us an email or call us at (336) 314-0503 or (336) 314-5652 to start the ball rolling with planning, details, getting-to-know-each-other.

We then ask that you send us a completed and signed officiating contract (PDF file) with a $100, $350 or $550 retainer (depending on package) by money order, cashier’s check, cash or PayPal (to info@beachpeopleweddings.com). This retainer fee is deducted from your total; the balance is due no later than right before the ceremony on your wedding date. Of course, payment in full is also acceptable.

Once we have a firm date commitment from you, we'll pencil you in our bursting calendar for seven days until your contract and retainer fee arrives, which will lock your date in with us.

7 DAYS POLICY: If your retainer fee & contract does not arrive within seven days after you've stated that you want to reserve one or both of us, we must release your date.

PAYMENT POLICY: All payments and retainer must be a money order, cashier’s check, cash or by PayPal only. Make check payable to your officiant/minister's name (David or Margo Sears). FYI: If a personal check is sent, we will mail it back to you and your reservation will expire after the original seven days. We apologize for any inconvenience but thank you for your understanding.
